Artist: Majorana
Important Added Info: Note that we can't say for certain what this item is, but we think it is quite likely to be the trade ad for this movie that appeared in the Italian campaign book or pressbook that would have been produced prior to the general release of this movie in Italy in 1941. The image is on a heavier paper stock, similar to that of lobby cards of this period, and it has information about the movie and additional images on the reverse. In addition, there is a glassine overlay with two studio logos and the name of the movie on it (we have seen other overlays like this in campaign books of this period). Since we highly doubt any first release Italian posters exist from this movie (and if they do, they are likely in museums), this may be the only way to get this artwork image for this movie (it is signed by the artist and dated 1941, but we can't make out the name). If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good.
