An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Grace Costello was a juvenile actress from the 1940s. She only appeared in four movies: Johnny Doughboy, Cinderella Swings It, Always a Bridesmaid, and Patrick the Great. In her last two movies, she was unbilled as one of "The Jivin' Jacks and Jills", a group of over a dozen young male and female dancers who appeared in at least 14 Universal movies between 1942 and 1945 (the most famous of which were Donald O'Connor and Peggy Ryan, who went on to much success). We were unable to find out why Costello left the business in 1945 or what she did afterwards. If anyone knows more about her, please e-mail us and we will post it here. She passed away in 2013 at the age of 83. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Grace Costello! Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
