Produce Better - Live Better, the 1940s Sheldon-Claire workplace motivational poster featuring various inspiring images. The Sheldon-Claire Co was founded by Lew Shalett during the 1930s to provide employee motivational materials to industry. The posters and other materials were used by a wide range of companies, associations, government agencies, municipalities and other organizations. In 1981, Mr. Shallet sold his employee motivation program to Pratt & Whitney (however, that firm found that there was no market for it anymore and it was discontinued).

Condition: good. There are some creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges. There are some creases scattered in various areas. There is a tear in throughout upper right edge that has been repaired with tape from the back.
