Date Sold 6/28/2020 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 20 linenbacked lobby cards. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1960s to the 1970s. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them. Note that all the lobby cards in this lot have each been linenbacked. This is not often done by collectors, but it is a reasonable way to improve the appearance of cards that need restoration, although many restorers nowadays paperback lobby cards instead. Please bear in mind that these cards have been linenbacked, and that there is a thin strip of excess linen around each edge of the card so while the cards measure 11" x 14" the cards plus the linen measure slightly larger. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. All the cards were linenbacked (see above). Most of the lobby cards are in "good to very good" condition or "good" condition, or in "fair" condition. Very few of the lobby cards would qualify as being in "very good" condition.
