Dupont") romantic comedy melodrama ("There's the devil to pay - when they start to play!"; "Suggested by the play by William Hurlbut"; about four would-be showgirls who sign a contract promising to share their future income four ways, but then one falls in love with a millionaire!) starring June Knight, Neil Hamilton, Sally O'Neil, Dorothy Burgess, Mary Carlisle, George E. Stone, Oscar Apfel, Berton Churchill, and Virginia Cherrill. Note that June Knight was a striking blonde who appeared in 12 movies between 1930 and 1940, two of them in uncredited roles. Perhaps she had bad luck, but her movies were very forgettable, and she is completely forgotten today. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a pressbook, a title card, a scene lobby card, and a single still from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this group of four cards that we have NEVER auctioned before! Condition: very good to fine. The cards are in pretty nice condition and they have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind!
