He is best known for his co-starring role as Chester in TV's "Gunsmoke" and later, he had his own series starring as McCloud. He also appeared in some movies including: Touch of Evil, Duel, and Duel at Diablo. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 81. Important Added Info: This index card has been personally autographed (signed) Dennis Weaver! It was nicely matted with a REPRODUCTION, and the entire display measures 11" x 14". Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper and autographed items who purchased this signed item over the years, and he either obtained it from a dealer through the mail, or by writing to the celebrity, and in each case, he compared the autograph he received with known examples of that star's handwriting, and he (and we) believe that this autograph is authentic.
