Date Sold 10/26/2021 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 2 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) I Married a Woman, the 1958 Hal Kanter romantic comedy ("What happens to the mouse when the cheesecake bites back?"; "'I Married a Woman' [and they're the best kind!]"; an attempt to star the number one English sex symbol Diana Dors in a Marilyn Monroe-like sex comedy opposite henpecked husband George Gobel) starring George Gobel ("in the happy story of a guy who has but one aim in life..."), Diana Dors ("as his favorite target..."), Adolphe Menjou, Jessie Royce Landis, Nita Talbot, William Redfield, Steve Dunne, and John Wayne (in an unbilled cameo role as himself!). Note that this movie began filming in 1956, but the movie was not released until 1958! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that John Wayne appeared in this movie in a cameo. One of the eight lobby cards has John Wayne pictured on it, even though he was not pictured on any of the posters! Condition: good to very good. Card #3 has a few pinholes around the edges and card #2 has a few at upper center. Both have light scuff marks but overall they are in pretty nice condition.
