It was demolished in 1916 and and a new Lorin Theatre was built on the same spot. It was remodeled in 1920 and again in 1931 and 1935. The theater closed in 1952 and was converted into a church. The poster has separation along a few portions of the folds (partially repaired with tape from the back) and some paper loss at center.
