If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds. It had a 10" vertical tear and creases in the lower left of the poster, with tiny paper loss at the top of the tear (it seems likely this occurred after the poster was backed). It had some tears and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was backed onto linen with no excess and no real restoration (see our image). If I owned this poster, I would surely have it removed from the linen and properly re-backed, after which it will look fantastic and require little paint restoration.
