Festival du Film Policier, the 2002 French film festival held annually (from 1982 - 2007) in Cognac, France from April 11 - 14 and focusing on the police/thriller/crime genre of films. This poster celebrates the 20th anniversary of the film festival and features an image of handcuffs arranged to look like the number 20.
