If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair. The poster had many tears and areas of paper loss down the vertical foldline and across the top horizontal foldline, with a lesser amount on the bottom two horizontal foldlines. There were some pinholes, creases, tears, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed under the circumstances, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. In addition, at some point after the poster was backed, it was water stained in the middle of the left border, both in the excess linen, in the blank border, and slightly extending into the middle left of the image. I would think a restorer would need to re-back the poster to repair the above defects, but certainly, it could be displayed as it is. Learn More about condition grades
