Stein romantic poor girl/rich man lawyer legal melodrama ("Based on the Cosmopolitan Magazine Story 'Obscurity' by Rupert Hughes"; a wild story of a farm girl who accidentally gets involved with a wealthy politician, and he spurns her, and she sues him for breach of promise, but when she finds out she has ruined his career, she confesses, and he realizes he loves her, and even though she is sentenced to a year in jail, he promises to wait for her!) starring Chester Morris, Mae Clarke, Mary Doran, Theodore Von Eltz, Elizabeth Patterson, and Charles Middleton
