Important Added Info: Note that the back of this card was overprinted with a rectangular pattern. This was commonly done in the 1950s so that old lobby cards could be re-used as "frames" for 8x10 stills. This IS an original lobby card. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: fair. When a still was attached to the back of the card (see above), someone cut four diagonal slits in each corner of the image. They put the corners of the still into each slit from the back of the card, and then taped the still into place from the front of the card. The tape is long gone, but there are four triangular areas of paper loss and four tape stains in each corner of the image. Someone performed restoration to the defects around the edges of the card, caused by tape stains on the front of three of the cuts, but their restoration is very noticeable (see our image). There is also a tiny bit of paper loss in the bottom of the left blank border. Learn More about condition grades
