A 1939 Re-Release Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) White Woman, the 1933 Stuart Walker romantic love triangle melodrama (from a story by Frank Butler; about an owner of a rubber plantation in Malaysia who marries a beautiful singer, but it is a loveless marriage, and she turns to a handsome plantation worker) starring Charles Laughton, Carole Lombard, Charles Bickford, Kent Taylor, Percy Kilbride, and Charles Middleton NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was used in French speaking parts of Canada, but it was printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good to very good.
