Note that Joan Blondell and Glenda Farrell appeared together in "Havana Widows" in 1933, where they played a pair of good-hearted showgirls who get in trouble. They re-teamed for five more movies in 1934 and 1935 (playing different characters, but in the same sorts of situations), all of which were quite popular at the box office!
