Date Sold 4/17/2016 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 6 set reference 8x10 stills from The Bamboo Prison, the 1954 Lewis Seiler Korean War anti-Communist military POW (prisoner of war) prison crime melodrama ("Yank prisoner in China chooses bamboo curtain! Did sergeant fall for Commie cutie. Or was he pushed?"; "Accused traitor tells all - bares shock-filled story!") starring Robert Francis, Dianne Foster, Brian Keith, Jerome Courtland, and Keye Luke. Note that all of these set reference photos measure 8" x 10". Some of them have a visible clapboard in the image that gives the details about the movie and some do not. The studios would use these images for reference if they needed to shoot additional footage at a later time after the set was taken down. Almost all of the photos have "RETURN TO PROPERTY DEPT. METRO GOLDWYN MAYER" stamped on the back. Measurements: from 8" x 10" to 8 1/4" x 15 1/2"Condition: very good. One still is an incredibly rare "extra wide" still that measures 8 1/4" x 15 1/2" and it was printed on two sheets that were taped together (see our image).
