An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

Fireman, Save My Child!, the 1954 Leslie Goodwins firefighter screwball comedy ("It's a four-alarm laff riot!"; "They're setting the town on fire!"; "The craziest new comedy combination of them all... in a four-alarm riot of laughs!"; "Hear the City Slickers' maddest music yet!") starring Spike Jones and His City Slickers, Buddy Hackett, Hugh O'Brian, Adele Jergens, and Tom Brown. Note that Abbott & Costello were slated to star in this movie, but Costello's ill health caused their withdrawal. Jones and Hackett were chosen to replace them, partially because they fit the clothing which had already been made for Abbott & Costello.

Condition: good. There is marker writing on the back of the poster that bleeds through to the front at right. There are creases throughout the poster. There are areas of tattering and paper loss along the foldlines and around the edges of the poster (crudely repaired with paper and tape from the back).
