This is Our Goal in the 7th War Loan, the 1945 U.S. World War II (WWII) War Bonds poster ("'To save - to buy and to hold all we can of War Bonds - this is a small service to ask of us who do not fight yet - it is one of the biggest things we can do for our fighting men.' Franklin D. Roosevelt") encouraging people to keep buying war bonds, and featuring an image of a woman holding up a chart to mark the amount of money raised (wisely, it is in "percentage of goal" rather than dollars, so that it could be used by any town, no matter what their goal was). These same kinds of posters are used in the present day by charities.
