eMoviePoster.comAuction History Result 6w0449 HOLLYWOOD NUDES REPORT 1sh 1963 Barry Mahon, Chickie James, ultra rare! Date Sold 7/4/2024Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Hollywood Nudes Report, the 1963 Barry Mahon sexploitation movie ("Natural beauty glorified") starring Nancy Kulp (billed as 'Chickee' James), Maurice McEndree, Dorothy Proctor, and Dee Lish. Note that Nancy Kulp was a New York City showgirl (performing at supper clubs like The Latin Quarter) who appeared in a single episode of TV's The Dick Van Dyke show in 1961. Two years later Barry Mahon got her to star in this "nudie movie" and she quit movies and TV and returned to supper clubs until the 1980s, when she had some uncredited movie roles. She passed away in 2015. She has no connection to the Nancy Kulp who played "Jane Hathaway" on TV's The Beverly Hillbillies, and she is sometimes billed as Nancy 'Chickee' James Kulp to distinguish the two. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned ANY movie paper items from this film until we were consigned this poster! Also note that this item contains some nudity, so we have placed a white bar over those areas for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual item does not have the white bars. Note that in recent months we started auctioning a wonderful collection of sexploitation one-sheets that includes many extremely rare titles from a single collector, and that collection includes lots of folded one-sheets, but also rolled one-sheets, special posters, and some other posters as well. This month there are 76 different rolled posters (all are in separate auctions), and they include a number of posters that we have only auctioned once or twice before. There are also a number with great images or taglines. This is an excellent opportunity to add one or more of these rare rolled posters to your collection, and this consignor only had one of each title, so on the rare ones, it may be quite some time before we offer the same title again! Condition: very good to fine. The poster has never been folded and it is in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
