An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Laura La Plante was an actress from the 1910s to the 1950s. She started in silent comedy shorts and became a leading lady in the mid 1920s, and was one of the few silent actresses who successfully made a transition to sound, starring in the 1929 version of Show Boat. Some of her other movies include: The Cat and the Canary, The Love Trap, and The Last Warning. She passed away in 1996 at the age of 91. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Laura La Plante! Our consignor obtained this autograph years ago in a group of mostly unsigned items, and they do not remember anymore about it than that, except that they felt it was authentic at that time, and so do we. Also note that this still measures 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: good.
