An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More)

The Cat and the Canary, the 1939 Elliott Nugent romantic horror mystery comedy ("The picture that will give your goose pimples goose pimples!"; "Chills, horrors and lots of fun!"; "Based on the Stage Play by John Willard") starring Bob Hope, Paulette Goddard, John Beal, Douglass Montgomery, Gale Sondergaard, Elizabeth Patterson, George Zucco, William Abbey (as "The Cat", a homicidal maniac!), and Nydia Westman. Note that this was a remake of the 1927 movie of the same name directed by Paul Leni, except that it has had comedy injected, to make a suitable movie for Bob Hope!

Important Added Info: Note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. There is a stamp on the back of the still marking it "APPROVED", with the date "APR 14 1939".
