An Autographed 4 1/2" x 5 1/2" [11 x 14 cm] Album Page (Learn More) Robert Mitchum was an actor from the 1940s to the 1990s. Some of his movies include: The Story Of G.I. Joe (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Out of the Past, Cape Fear, Holiday Affair, The Night of the Hunter, The Longest Day, and scores of others! He remained a leading man for decades, and his career survived his being arrested for smoking marijuana in 1948 (and it probably was even helped by it!). He passed away in 1997 at the age of 79. AND J. Carrol Naish was an actor from the 1920s to the 1970s. Some of his movies include: Dracula vs. Frankenstein, The Last Command, Sitting Bull, Annie Get Your Guns, and Gun Smoke. He passed away in 1973 at the age of 77. Important Added Info: This album page has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Robert Mitchum AND J. Carrol Naish (each person signed one side of the page)! It could be matted with a vintage or repro still and framed together to make a cool display (of course, the new owner would have to choose which side to display!). Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer in 2003. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signatures to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: very good.
