Important Added Info: Note that, for unknown reasons, the half-sheets from this movie are extremely rare, far more rare than either the regular one-sheet or the two advance one-sheets. We have only previously auctioned a single style A one-sheet in all our years of auctioning in 2009, and we have only once auctioned a style B half-sheet (and we are auctioning a style A half-sheet in a separate auction!)Note that this poster has never been folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good. There is light rippling and slight discoloration scattered in portions of the poster due to exposure to moisture and it has some creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges. Only a few of the tears are repaired with tape from the back. There are some staple holes at upper center under "JOAN" and there are some light scuff marks scattered in various areas. There are a few scratches in Bergman's hair at upper left. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above, or you are willing to pay to have them properly restored (and bear in mind the cost of restoration).
