Cockleshell Heroes, the 1955 (released in the U.S. in 1956) Jose Ferrer English World War II (WWII) military kayak-commando soldier action thriller ("They called them 'canoe commandos'!": "The incredible true story of the 'canoe commandos'!"; "The never-before-told story of the top-secret guys!"; "The memorable Reader's Digest story that amazed millions!"; "The true and tremendous Reader's Digest story that thrilled millions!"; "Executive Producers Irving Allen and Albert R. Broccoli"; "Ten brave men started out on the most 'impossible' mission of World War II..."; note that Broccoli went on to produce the James Bond series of movies, which Irving Allen did not want to produce, because he did not think that they were even good enough for television!; a few years later, Allen tried to make up for his massive blunder by producing the series of Matt Helm movies with Dean Martin, but the only way he could get Martin to star was to make him a partner, which meant that Martin made more money from The Silencers in 1966 than Sean Connery made on Thunderball the previous year, and Connery was not happy about that at all!) starring Jose Ferrer, Trevor Howard, Victor Maddern, Anthony Newley, and Dora Bryan
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that the movie is called "Survivors Two" on each still, which was the working title for this movie (there is a corrective snipe glued over the title and credits of each still giving the final release title)!

Condition: good to very good. Each still has a snipe glued to the bottom . The still pictured at middle left has a long diagonal crease at left. Otherwise, the stills are in pretty good condition!
