War Saving Stamps issued by the United States Government"; "Buy war saving stamps") encouraging people to help the war efforts, and featuring art of General 'Black Jack' Pershing clasping the hands of two children

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good. The poster is rippled the due to exposure to moisture (see our image). It has a tear and some paper loss at upper left. Despite the rippling it is "all there" and has minimal slight discoloration, and certainly after linenbacking it would look great.
