An Original Vintage Theatrical Japanese "B2" Movie Poster (measures 20" x 28 1/2" [51 x 72 cm]) (Learn More) the 1983 Japanese poster promoting the separate re-releases of Tang shan da xiong (released in Hong Kong as "Tang Shan Da Xiong/The Big Boss", released in the U.S. in 1973 as "Fists of Fury", released in Australia in 1973 as "Fist of Fury", and released in other countries as "The Big Boss"), the classic 1971 Lo Wei Hong Kong kung fu martial arts thriller ("Karate/Kung-Fu!"; "The new screen excitement that gives you the biggest kick of your life!"; "Karate/Kung-Fu! The oriental sensation - now gives America the action its been waiting for!"; "No evil on earth could survive the fury that was Bruce Lee!") starring Bruce Lee ("every limb of his body is a lethal weapon"), Maria Yi, Han Ying Chieh, Tony Liu, and Malalene. Note that this movie (and "The Chinese Connection") received very limited release in the United States until after the success of "Enter the Dragon", at which point both movies received wide U.S. releases! AND Jing wu men (released in the U.S. in 1973 as "The Chinese Connection" and as "Fist of Fury", which makes a confusing situation even more confusing, since Lee's other early hit was "Fists of Fury"!), the classic 1972 Lo Wei Hong Kong kung fu martial arts fighting action crime thriller ("Unstoppable! Unbelievable! Unbeatable!"; "The Master of Karate/Kung Fu is back to break you up, smash you down, and kick you apart with 'The Chinese Connection'"; "The fateful day Chen Chen vowed vengeance"; produced by Raymond Chow) starring Bruce Lee ("The greatest exponent in the art of kung-fu"), Maria Yi, Nora Miao, Robert Baker, and James Tien. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fine. This poster was linenbacked and during the backing process, its extremely minor defects were repaired and it now looks really great! We only assigned this grade ("fine or better") to posters that were in really excellent condition prior to linenbacking, AND which were linenbacked by a top professional! The poster was never folded. It had very minor scuffs in the solid black background area. Overall, the poster was in fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
