An Original Vintage German Film Program (measures 8 3/4" x 11 1/2" [22 x 29 cm]; 8 pages) (Learn More) Robert Koch, der Bekampfer des Todes (also released simply as "Robert Koch"; literally translates to "Robert Koch, The Fighter of Death"), the 1939 Hans Steinhoff German medical doctor biographical historical melodrama starring Emil Jannings (in the title role as Robert Koch), Werner Krauss, Viktoria Viktoria von Ballasko, Raimund Schelcher, Hildegard Grethe, Theodor Loos, Otto Gral, Peter Elsholtz, and Paul Otto (he was a famous German actor during the 1920s and 1930s, and he appeared in many Nazi propaganda movies, and became a favorite of Joseph Goebbels; but late in 1943, it was discovered that he was Jewish, and he and his wife committed suicide in their home!)
