She is best remembered for playing the title role of "Annie" in the 1982 musical movie directed by John Huston and co-starring Albert Finney. She made one more movie, "The Frog Prince", a few years later, and she has appeared in some stage productions over the years, but has otherwise not made any more movie appearances.
