The Road to Mandalay, the 1926 Tod Browning silent Asia Singapore romantic love triangle criminal gang crime melodrama ("Story by Tod Browning and Herman J. Mankiewicz"; "Titles by Joe Farnham"; about a former sea captain whose wife died during childbirth; he gave the child to his brother, a priest, to raise her, and he is now a brothel owner and a crook, and his daughter does not know that; he has a partner who is much more respectable, and the daughter falls in love with the partner, and that causes a falling out between the two men!) starring Lon Chaney Sr. (as Singapore Joe, the disfigured leader of the gang), Lois Moran, Owen Moore, Henry B. Walthall, Sojin, Rose Langdon, John George, Willie Fung, and Eddie Sturgis. Note that this is a partially "lost" film which means that no surviving complete copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned five lobby cards from this movie, but we have never auctioned THIS card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. The card has darkened, and there are tiny stains scattered down the right, and two areas of white in the top border that appear to be a minor printing defect. There is a piece of tape on the back of each of the top corners, where the card was attached to a mat. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
