An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Argentinean Movie Poster (measures approximately 29" x 43") (Learn More) Paris When It Sizzles (also released as "Together in Paris"), the 1964 Richard Quine France romantic fantasy comedy ("William Holden & Audrey Hepburn go absolutely ape in Paris When It Sizzles"; "Based upon a story by Julien Duvivier & Henri Jeanson") starring William Holden ("as the jaded screenwriter, the cowboy, the international thief, the trenchcoated spy."), Audrey Hepburn ("as the secretary, the fiery siren, the incredible batwoman the Girl Who Stole the Eiffel Tower."), Gregoire Aslan, Raymond Bussieres, and Christian Duvallex, with cameo appearances by Fred Astaire, Tony Curtis, Marlene Dietrich, Mel Ferrer, and Frank Sinatra NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: E. Brini Important Added Info: This Argentinean poster measures approximately 29" x 43". Condition: very good. The poster had very tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and smudges along the foldlines. There was a 1" C-shaped tear in Hepburn's neck at left. There were two irregular tears in the lower left of the poster (one in the border 2" above the "P" of "PARIS" and one extending into the art 4" above the "P" of "PARIS". Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see slight signs of the restoration (any talented restorer could easily perform additional restoration without re-backing the poster).
