Important Added Info: Note that it is extremely likely that two of these stills are "key book" stills, and it is virtually a certainty that the punch holes were put there by the studio at the time the still was created, so they are not a defect. Also note that two of these stills have a paper snipe on the back giving information about the scene on the front (there was one a snipe on the third one but it has been removed.)
