Condition: very good. theater name and play date printed in the blank area at top; folded in half at one time resulting in a horizontal fold across the middle of the card; some minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the card (more so along the foldline); pairs of staple holes around the edges of the blank area at top as well as a tiny tear in the upper right edge of the card
