An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Argentinean Movie Poster (measures 29" x 43 1/4" [74 x 110 cm]) (Learn More) Holiday in Mexico, the 1946 George Sidney south-of-the-border musical comedy ("MGM presents it's Gayest Musical Romance in Carnival Technicolor"; "Original story by William Kozlenko") starring Walter Pidgeon, Jose Iturbi, Roddy McDowall, Jane Powell, Ilona Massey, and Xavier Cugat & His Orchestra. Note that this movie reunited the two lead actors who had starred together in "How Green Was My Valley" from five years before. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair to good. The poster has darkened somewhat and it is brittle (as is typical of older Argentinean posters because of the type of paper they were printed on). There are tack holes scattered throughout the poster with some enlarged or torn from rough removal and there is tattering along the foldlines and edges (most repaired with tape from the back).
