Important Added Info: Note that this is an uncorrected proof from 2010 (it says "Uncorrected Proofs" at the bottom of the front cover, so apparently this was a special proof version that was created before the regular U.S. release of the book). In addition, there is a cool sheet taped to the contents page which lists "errors and issues not addressed" (and we assume those errors were corrected before the regular edition!). We have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Condition: very good.
