This was one of many similar publications at this time and each had somewhat daring stories for the time, but their biggest sales appeal was the great artwork on the cover, almost always a sexy partially clad lady. Once slick magazines like Playboy and its imitators (which showed actual photos of nude sexy women) became popular, pulp magazines like these quickly faded away. Important Added Info: Note that the artwork on the cover of this magazine looks to be the work of Enoch Bolles, but there is no credit for the artist.
