An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Style A Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28" [56 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) Stewart Edward White's Wild Geese Calling, the 1941 John Brahm Seattle Washington Alaska romantic love triangle melodrama (based on the novel by Stewart Edward White; about a man who works in Seattle with an old friend, and unknowingly, he falls for the man's former girlfriend, and later, after all three move to Alaska, he learns of their prior involvement, which causes trouble) starring Henry Fonda, Joan Bennett, Warren William, Ona Munson, Barton MacLane, and Iris Adrian. Note that the phrase "wild geese calling" is similar to "a rolling stone gathers no moss", which refers to someone who "moves on" at the drop of a hat (or every time they hear wild geese in the sky). Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has a few faint drip stains at upper center (mostly in the yellow background - see our image). There are a few faint smudges around the edges and there is general fold and border wear.
