Important Added Info: Note that this is a special one-sheet, which measures 28" x 42" [71 x 107 cm], that was created to help promote the movie. MGM offered a national contest to win a trip to the island where this movie was filmed, and you had to fill in the last line of a limerick that is printed on the poster along with images of the stars, the island, and a full-length image of Ava Gardner in a sexy outfit. We have never auctioned this poster before! Condition: fair to good. There are light brown stains scattered throughout the poster, but not in the bottom quarter. There is small separation at the top crossfold, two small tears in the vertical fold above it, and a few small tears in the borders. The folds on the poster are on a slight diagonal (which also means that the poster will need to be sent in a larger than normal flat package that measures approximately 12" x 15"). After a simple linenbacking, this poster will look great, and will not require much, if any, paint restoration. Learn More about condition grades
