Simmons & Bessie Roth Solomon; produced by Darryl F. Zanuck; about best friends and rivals in 1890s New York City, who compete in business and in love, and, likely due to success of "The Champ", Beery has a young street kid he takes care of as well!) starring Wallace Beery, George Raft, Jackie Cooper, Fay Wray, Pert Kelton, Herman Bing, and Lucille Ball (uncredited in her third movie role!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this title card, and that was in a complete set of cards 22 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: fair to good. There is water staining down the left 1 1/2" of the card, extending into the bottom half of Raft's jacket and down into the left half of the title, and there is light rippling in the bottom left area. There are some dot stains and scuffs scattered in the bottom center title and credits area, and there is a 1/2" tear near the bottom center that was repaired with acid-free tape from the back, and there is also a pinhole near the center of the card.
