An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 41" [71 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

Killer Diller, the 1948 Josh Binney all-black African American musical comedy ("An All-American Feature Presentation") starring Nat 'King' Cole (the incredibly talented black African American singer, who appeared in a number of movies; billed solely as "King Cole Trio"), Dusty Fletcher (billed as "Dusty 'Open the Door Richard' Fletcher"), Butterfly McQueen (famous for her role in Gone With the Wind, playing a "Gracie Allen-like" scatterbrained character!), Andy Kirk and his Band, Moms Mabley (billed as "Jackie Mabley"), and Nellie Hill. Note that the one-sheet for this movie has headshot images of all the stars.

Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned three lobby cards from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this one-sheet, which we have never auctioned before! Also note that this one-sheet measures 28" x 41" [71 x 104 cm].

Condition: good to very good. There are tears and paper loss in the top blank border, and the bottom 2" of the poster was folded back at one time. There is horizontal and vertical separation at the bottom crossfold, with tiny paper loss and separation at the middle crossfold. There are pinholes in the corners and a few smudges scattered in the poster. After a relatively simple linenbacking, this incredibly rare poster will display really well!
