Boxing Gloves, the 1929 Robert A. McGowan Our Gang Little Rascals boxing sports comedy short ("All-Talking Comedy"; produced by Hal Roach) starring Allen 'Farina' Hoskins, Norman 'Chubby' Chaney, Joe Cobb, Jackie Cooper, Bobby 'Wheezer' Hutchins, and Donnie 'Beezer' Smith. Note that Jackie Cooper was in this short, appearing in his very first movie at just 6 years of age. He would appear in 19 Our Gang shorts until 1931, when he became a major child star, and went on to a long and successful career as an adult, both as an actor and as a producer!
