The Amazons, the 1917 Joseph Kaufman silent family relationship English royalty comedy ("by Sir Arthur Wing Pinero"; about an English noblewoman who has only three daughters and no sons, so she raises the daughters in a very masculine way and gives them male nicknames, and they ultimately decide they would rather be traditional females) starring Marguerite Clark, Eleanor Lawson, Helen Greene, William Hinckley, Helen Robinson, Edgar Norton, and Adolph Menjou (incorrectly billed as "Adolph Meujon", in one of his earliest roles!)
