An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Irene Bentley was an actress from the 1930s. She had credited roles in My Weakness, Smoky, and Frontier Marshal between 1933 and 1934, and she had three more uncredited parts in 1934 and 1935. At that point, she "retired", and completely disappeared! George Eells wrote a book, "Ginger Loretta and Irene Who?", intending to discover what happened to Miss Bentley after she left Hollywood, but he was unable to do so, although he did discover that she was married three times, had a child, and passed away in 1965 at the age of 60! Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 10 3/4" x 13 3/4" [27 x 35 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock and it has an embossed photographer's stamp in the bottom right. Condition: very good to fine.
