Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. Someone trimmed off portions of the blank borders, and the poster now measures 26 1/4" x 39 3/4" (only blank white paper was affected). The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds, with tears and paper loss in the left half of the bottom horizontal fold. It had a few creases, scuffs, and smudges scattered throughout, and some pinholes and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, and the restorer did not address the slight missing parts of the blank borders.
