Original Vintage Handbill (measures 6 1/2 x 12) (Learn More)

An advertisement for the stage show "Francisco, The Master Magician", from 1934. The item has images of a skull, a padlocked steamer trunk, flaming oil, dice, a rabbit coming out of a box, and white doves coming out of a box! Note that "Francisco" was the stage name of Arthur Bell, a "spook-show" magician who was based in San Francisco (it's not hard to imagine how he picked his name!) but took his show all over the country. If anyone knows more about Francisco or this show, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that, at the bottom of the handbill, it is dated Saturday, January 23, 1937.

Condition: very good to fine. There are four horizontal foldlines in the handbill.
