Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare pre-World War II Italian poster that we have NEVER auctioned in all our years of auctioning! Virtually no Italian posters survive from before, during, or right after World War II (mostly only pre-war heavy stock lobby cards, and even those are rare). Apparently there were many paper shortages in Italy during World War II, resulting in the destruction of almost all pre-World War II posters! Note also that this Italian two-panel was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Finally note that the theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces). Condition: fair to good. The theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces). The poster has some faint water stains on the back of parts of a few folds and a number of small brown stains on parts of the back of the poster that were on the outside when it was fully folded. The poster is mostly "all there and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
