Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man, the 1976 comic book ("DC and Marvel present The Greatest Superhero Team-Up of all Time!"; "The battle of the century"; written by Gerry Conway; the second DC/Marvel crossover). It was drawn by Ross Andru and ink by Dick Giordano. There is a letter each by Stan Lee and Carmine Infantino on the inside cover describing how this historic "crossover" came to be!

Our "very good" is completely different from a comic book graded "very good".
