Erik Hagens is a Danish painter and illustrator from the 1960s to the 2000s. He is best known for his 131-foot long mural titled "Esbjerg-Evangeliet", which literally translates to "The Esbjerg Gospel". As of 2021, Hagens is still alive at the age of 80!
