If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair. There was almost certainly fringe along the bottom that was cut off, and it might have cut into the bottom of the cloth. There are many stains on the front and back of the cloth and there is some wear around the edges (see our image). Please do not bid on this banner unless you can accept its defects described above.
