An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Stella Stevens was an actress from the 1950s to the 2000s. She played Appassionata Von Climax on Broadway in "Li'l Abner" in 1959, and immediately signed a contract with Paramount Pictures, and in January of 1960, she appeared in a pictorial in Playboy (and she appeared two more times in the 1960s), and she has been often named as one of the sexiest movie stars ever! Some of her movies include: Li'l Abner, The Ballad of Cable Hogue, The Poseidon Adventure, The Nutty Professor, and Girls, Girls, Girls! She passed away in 2023 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Stella Stevens! Note that the movie referred to on the snipe ("How to Save a Marriage") is called "Band of Gold" on the back of this still, which was the working title for that movie! Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who has been a major movie memorabilia collector and dealer from the 1970s on. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both dealers and collectors, and in some of those collections he purchased autographed items. Both we and our consignor feel it is quite likely that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity (unless noted above). As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
