Mr. Billings Spends His Dime, the 1923 Wesley Ruggles silent romantic comedy (based on the story by Dana Burnet) starring Walter Hiers (in the title role as John Percival Billings), Jacqueline Logan, George Fawcett, Robert McKim, Patricia Swickard, and Guy Oliver. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
